Enrollment fees and the costs of each course will be communicated in advance and may change without prior notice. All payments must be made within the established deadlines. Refund requests, if applicable, will be subject to the Academy’s current policies, which will be provided in writing.
Academic content (manuals, presentations, videos, audios, downloadable materials, etc.) is the property of the Academy and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of such material without written authorization is not allowed. Students may use the materials solely for personal study and ministry purposes.
Students must conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and adherence to Christian values. Disrespectful behavior, divisiveness, plagiarism, or any actions contrary to sound doctrine and the Christian testimony will not be tolerated. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student who fails to comply with these standards.
Courses may be offered in-person, online, or in a hybrid format. Access to virtual platforms requires a stable internet connection and compatible devices; the Academy is not responsible for technical issues experienced by the student.
The Academy reserves the right to modify programs, schedules, instructors, or any aspect related to its services. In the event of a course cancellation by the Academy, students will be notified, and options for a refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Personal information provided will be treated confidentially and used solely for the administrative, academic, and ministerial purposes of the Academy, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
