Why do churches exist? The Christian church exists primarily to worship God. Any other activity must take a secondary place. Only when we place the primary emphasis on God—not on ourselves, our rights, or our needs—do we please Him and fulfill His design. The Reformed Baptist Church of North Bergen seeks to worship God in an atmosphere of reverence and joyful solemnity. We do this because the living God, in whose presence we come, is: “majestic in holiness, awesome in praises”.
